Saba has spent two decades focusing on talent management and development in North America and Asia. Having worked with some of the world’s largest companies, Saba has worked on best in-class people strategies and applies that knowledge to her private practice today.
With several years experience in senior management, Saba has worked in communications, human resources strategic planning, and leadership training for high potentials and executives. After obtaining her MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business, Saba moved into Management Consulting where she worked with Fortune 100 companies on high-level strategy and people development issues. Focused in Financial Services, Energy and Mining sectors, key projects included organizational restructuring, change management and post-merger integration.
Saba is now working towards her Doctorate in Applied Neuroscience for leadership and works with companies and individuals on Executive Coaching and leadership training and development. Saba undertakes a neuroscience-based approach that connects our understanding of the way the brain operates to how we want to change behaviours. Saba works primarily with clients in FMCG, Financial Services, Energy, Academic and Technology sectors.

Saba is currently a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a certified Neurobehavioral Modelling specialist, Hogan certified, Workplace Big Five certified, FIRO-B certified and has a strong working knowledge of other psychometric tools such as MBTI, DISC, Strengths Finder and various 360’s assessments. Saba is also currently developing her own proprietary psychometric assessment as part of her Doctoral thesis.
Saba writes and presents on many topics related to leadership development and neuroscience. Saba sat on the Executive Committee for the International Coach Federation (ICF), Singapore chapter and the Global Ethics Committee for ICF Global for three years and continues to sit on their Selection Panel.
